Fully automatic mould checking station. MCS is a fixed installed station for mould internal geometry scansion (using laser technology). Up to 6 mould loading for automatic sequential scanning. RGCBL is a CCM strand monitor system. It’s installed on dummy bar head and can measure mould profile, roll gap, roll alignment, roll rotation and efficiency of water spray along the CCM strand.
SCSB is a water spray checking system. It’s installed on dummy bar head and measures the efficiency of water spray along the CCM strand on every sides. An advanced HMI software provides all the results at different levels: global, cooling zone, spray line and single spray.
Hand held tool for roll gap measurement in CCM segments. High accuracy (+/- 0.01 mm) and easy to use in maintenance work shop.
Foot roll alignment tool. Useful to check the alignment of foot rolls referring to the mould taper position, tangent point and bending radius.
RDLS is a modular strand monitoring system designed for flat CCM (slab and thin slab). It’s installed on dummy bar head and can measure roll gap, roll alignment, roll rotation and efficiency of water spray along the CCM strand. The modular design provides a lightweight, flexible (from 2 to 6 modules) and easy to handle system.
Suitable for maintenance yard use. Computerized assistance for the assembly of the segments. Wide range of sizes.
Hand held tool for inclination detection of mould plates in slab or blooms CCM. Easy to use, light, reliable and accurate (+/- 0.01 degrees).
Hand held tool for roll alignment measurement in slab CCM. It can be used mould plate to foot roll alignment or for roll-segment alignment.
